Parameters
- v: Vector2
  vector to be annotated
- Optionalstr: string
  string to be annotated (will be converted to mathematical italic) if you don't want to convert to mathematical italic, use annotation.vector_text
- Optionaltext_offset: Vector2
  position offset of the text
- Optionalarrow_head_size: number
  size of the arrow head
